Here is some information on the office staff who co-ordinate and  ensure the highest standards of care are provided by the Carers.

Mary Bannon                                  Quality Assessor

Mary provides continuous training for the Carers to ensure the most recent practices and proper care are being adhered to.Mary commenced employment with LCC in 2001.

In 2006 Mary was appointed Quality Assessor.

Mary lectured in Health + Social Care in South West College for 7 years before becoming NVQ co-ordinator for level 2 + 3 with LCC.

Edel Aiken                                        Deputy Manager

Edel has been with LCC for 8 years now.

Edel commenced her employment in LCC as a care co-ordinator and was made office manager in 2004 and was promoted to deputy manager in 2005. Throughout her time in LCC she completed:

· Intermediate Business Studies

· NVQ II & III in Administration

· Sage Accounts Level II & III

 

Edel is currently undertaking a HNC in Health and Social Care in South West College, Enniskillen.

 

Emma Breen                            Care Co-Ordinator

Emma has been with LCC for 10 years now.

Emma started as a care worker before moving to work in the main office.

Emma is the main Care Co-Ordinator for LCC and works along side Social Workers to produce the correct care packages for the clients.

Kathleen O’Donovan              Care Co-Ordinator

Kathleen has been with LCC for 1 year now.

Kathleen is one of the Care Co-Ordinator for LCC and works along side Social Workers to produce the correct care packages for the clients.

Pat McGurn                                   General Manager

Pat commenced employment with LCC as Accounts Administrator in May 2004 and was promoted to General Manager in February 2005.

Along with his role as general manager of this charity, Pat has other roles such as Chairman of Fermanagh Youth Board, referee and was Secretary and Chairman of his local GAA Club.

Pat is currently undertaking his 2nd year of a HNC in Health and Social Care in South West College, Enniskillen.
