Pat McGurn - General Manager

Pat commenced employment with LCC as Accounts Administrator in May 2004 and was promoted to General Manager in February 2005.
Along with his role as general manager of this charity, Pat has other roles such as Chairman of Fermanagh Youth Board, referee and was Secretary and Chairman of his local GAA Club.
Pat has finished his HNC and got a Distinction in HND in Health and Social Care in South West College, Enniskillen.

 


Edel Aiken - Deputy Manager

Edel has been with LCC for 9 years now.
Edel commenced her employment in LCC as a care co-ordinator and was made office manager in 2004 and was promoted to deputy manager in 2005. Throughout her time in LCC she completed:

  • Intermediate Business Studies
  • NVQ II & III in Administration
  • Sage Accounts Level II & III

Edel is currently undertaking a HNC in Health and Social Care in South West College, Enniskillen.

 


Mary Bannon - Quality Assessor

Mary Bannon commenced employment with LCC in 2001. In 2006 Mary was appointed Quality Assessor. Mary provides training to carers in;

  • Moving & Handling
  • Health & Safety at work
  • P.O.C.V.A
  • Dementia Care
  • First Aid
  • Food Hygiene
Mary lectured in Health + Social Care in South West College for 7 years before becoming NVQ co-ordinator for level 2 + 3 with LCC.

 


Emma Breen - Care Co-ordinator

Emma Breen commenced employment with LCC in 1999 working as a care assistant in Derrygonnelly + Garrison Day centres. In 2004 Emma was appointed care co-ordinator for LCC in their main office. Emma has completed NVQ level 2 + 3 in elderly care. Emma completed her A award in assessing NVQ students in 2008 + joined the NVQ team, she is now employed as an NVQ assessor/care co-ordinator for LCC.
