This Privacy Notice sets out how Lakeland Community Care Ltd (LCC) (the Data Controller) uses and protects any personal information you provide to us through this website (www.lakelandcare.org.uk) .

If you contact us using the contact form on this website or by subscribing to our newsletter, we will collect and otherwise process the personal details provided by you, which may include your name, address, email address and telephone number. Please do not provide any personal details of any person other than yourself when using our contact form.
