Edel Aiken - Deputy Manager

Edel started her career with LCC in September 2001 as a Care Co-Ordinator and was promoted to Office Manager in 2004 and subsequently Deputy Manager in 2005. Throughout her time at LCC, Edel has completed an Intermediate Business Studies course, NVQ II and III in Administration and Sage Accounts Level II and II. Edel has also completed her HND in Health and Social Care from the South West College, Enniskillen.

Edel has now moved to the new Omagh office as Deputy Manager of LCC.

  • Valerie Lindsay

    Quality Assessment Officer / Trainer

    Valerie began her employment with LCC in July 2017 as their Trainer and Quality Monitoring Officer, completing house visits with service users and meeting with social workers and family members to resolve any issues.

    Valerie has completed her NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care and a management course with City and Guilds during this time.

  • Shauna El Ouihrani

    Care Coordinator

    Shauna started her career with LCC as a carer on 1st November 2016 then became a part time Care Co-Ordinator at the start of December 2016. Early 2017 Shauna became a full time Care Co-Ordinator within LCC.

    Throughout Shauna’s time at LCC she has completed her Train the Trainer course and has got her level 5 HND in Health and Social care. Shauna still works now as a part time carer at night with LCC.

  • Gail Hunter

    Care Coordinator

    Gail started her Career at LCC as a Care Co-Ordinator in May 2016. Gail went on to complete her level 2 Administration at South West College and level 3 Health and Social Care. Gail has taken over HR in the Omagh office and is willing to take on any challenge placed in front of her.

  • Kellie Grimes

    Care Coordinator

    Kellie started with LCC as team leader in the Omagh area in January 2020 and since has moved into the office as Care Co-Ordinator. Kellie is currently completing her health and social care level 3 through Rutledge and is always ready to take on any new task or opportunity presented to her and do it with the utmost care.

  • Rebecca James

    Care Coordinator

    Becca started her career in LCC in January 2019 as a Care Coordinator then went onto take up caring in the community on a part time basis at night. Becca is a strong minded individual who will take on and step into any role needed as a carer or Care Co-Ordinator.

  • Nicole Sloan

    Care Coordinator

    Nicole started her career with LCC in September 2019 as a Care Co-Ordinator. Nicole has completed her level 5 HND in Health and Social Care she has a passion for learning new skills and is always ready to take on any new task or opportunity presented to her.
